Lisa made a shrine for Beauregard.
Within the shrine was a small book with each page spelling out the letters in his name.
The detail was amazing. The pictures within the bottle caps were of Beau.
These pictures do not do justice to this beautiful and loving tribute to Beauregard from Lisa. I would love to wax eloquently on how touching a tribute this is, but I'm not sure that's where my head is tonight. Sometimes we just go through the motions.
Lisa is an amazing woman and a good friend.
I can't believe it has been a year. I am still mourning your loss and it is so odd, I had just thought about this terrible event a few days ago.
Know that I think of you often.

Honey, it was the least I could do. It's doesnt have fur, a purr, or the attitude of its subject. I'm so sorry not only about the fact of the loss (which is built into the joy of living with a great animal) but its suddenness and nature.
Great pictures, btw. You obviously have a better camera than my Kodak cheapie. But then you pay more for your toys. I guess you do get what you pay for.
And Jaye, thanks for your kind words.

It's beautiful. It's rough to lose a beloved pet, but lovely to have friends to help you through it.
